  1. Shake your Lashies Liner before opening the bottle.
  2. Apply a thin line of our Lashies Liner to your lash line.
  3. Do not let your Lashies Liner dry before moving on to your lash application step.
  4. While your Lashies Liner is still wet, use your Lash Applicator to place your Nano-Grip Lash along your liner application—your lash will instantly grip and hold.
  5. Squeeze your Lash Applicator tip to a point and press it into the lash band for seamless blending.

After you make your purchase, it’s normal for it to take up to 48 hours for the shipment to be processed before it ships out, which isn’t included in the shipping times. Please do note, our warehouse is closed on the weekends and holidays so any orders made then will be processed on the following business day. 

  • You can file a claim through Route for a missing package if the tracking hasn’t updated within the 5 days of the last update. (For example: If the last update on your tracking is April 4th, then you can file your claim on April 6th.)
  • If your tracking shows delivered before reaching out we recommend waiting up to 24 hours. While it’s rare, tracking can be marked delivered by mistake and you could receive the package the next day. 
  • If you entered the wrong address at the time of order, MoxieLash is not responsible for a replacement.

Frequently asked questions

First things first – prime your eyes! Primer is optional, but if you want your makeup to stay longer, you should do this and set your primer with a translucent powder or eyeshadow. Next, apply a thin layer of our clear or black Lashies Liner along your lash line. You can start at the inside of your lash line and extend to the outer corner. Do not let your Lashies liner dry before moving onto the next step!
Are your lashes a little too long? Good news— they’re customizable. To trim your lashes, measure the lash on your eye before applying the Lashies Liner and decide how much you need to trim off. Take our MoxieLash Scissors and snip off the excess from the outer corner. Then apply your liner and lashes like normal!
  • Our lashes were made to last! The Lashies™ lash styles can be worn up to 25 times!
  • The liner included in the On The Go Kit is 2ml, and it can be used approximately 5 - 7 times.
  • The mini Lashies Liner is 5ml, and it can be used approximately up to 25 times.
  • The full-sized Lashies Liner can be used approximately up to 50 times!
You can apply a small amount of our All-In-1 Makeup Remover to a cotton swab and gently clean off the lash band. BE AWARE though, this should not be confused with our Remover Swabbies which are only intended to be used to remove the liner along your lash line and not on the lashes themselves (this could ruin your lashes completely). And of course when you are done, place them back in the box for next time!
Lifted lash corners are NO fun. To tackle lifted corners, we recommend curling the lash band around your finger to bend the lash band itself. This helps loosen it up so that it flexes and contours to your eye shape. Another tip is adding a little extra liner in the stubborn area itself to keep your lash secure!

Baby Lashies are it!

I have extremely sensitive eyes (and mature at 50) and needed lashes for my wedding day. I have to say I was so impressed with the nano lashes! Only the baby lashes were natural enough for me but they were perfect for my outdoor winter wedding and lasted well into the night. Wish I had bought more sets!

Moxie Lashes are premium

This lash starter kit contains just what you need to start your Moxie journey. Lashes, silicone liner, and a bag to keep them all in. These lashes are premium and when used with the liner, they adhere perfectly and stay on until you are ready to remove them. I don't think I'll ever use another brand.
